This is not sustainable. What that tells you is that people are largely supporting him based upon reputation alone (really the reputation he wants people to see, not the reality). What kept his business empire growing before were the steady flow of ex JW recruits, many of whom are now finding lesser and lesser content and thus are seeking other creators. It also hurts his YT paid subs since they are directly supporting his work on YT rather than general activism on Patreon.

He's far from being the main show in town as before. In fact he's just a mid level creator at this point. The buzz about his channel is fading and the newbies are being exposed to other creators who are not always asking for your money in the blatant way he does. His monetisation methods are finished as people are discovering that it is possible to make these videos in your spare time.

Happens all the time in the secular YT world. Someone has a nice go, gathers a lot of support and followers, but someone else happens upon the scene with fresh eyes and does a way better job of it and with better enthusiasm.

My personal favourite was the entire passage about M&K's daughter and how he took umbrage at being called obsessed with her. And he was - he posted the entire Facebook msgr exchange where he kept going at her and wouldn't leave her alone.

Vintage Lloyd - He publicly details a planned rebuttal video mocking her, and in doing so mocks her, but then congratulates himself for never making it because she (according to him) suffered from depression and suicidal thoughts. Could be best summarised this way: "I think you are ridiculous and unattractive and I was going to make a video about it, but I didn't because I was afraid you'd kill yourself"

This aged well. Looks like those folks from the "hate Cedars" groups were dead-on. An oppressive, abusive husband - he managed to prove everyone right and I think she knew it then, but was afraid to say anything lest it set him off on one of his rants and depression/suicide threats.

That's a recurring theme in all this - his supposed struggle with depression and flirtations with suicide. Recently he's claimed that exJW activism "nearly killed me", heavily implying that his scandal that he was 100% at fault for led him to the brink. I have reason to doubt this. This has been his go-to method to garner sympathy and he's returned to it time and time again over the years.

His choice of “defendants” has been very selective, as if he’s more interested in settling old scores.

What’s often lost in the entire COC debacle is the fact that Arthur Weber confirmed by email that bootlegging COC and selling copies was a “business arrangement” between him and Lloyd.

In true Lloyd fashion, he also admitted that he had three different translations ready for publication. That’s a 500-600 page book and no easy task to translate. Thinking he was coming across as the hero, he actually gave up his entire game.

So what happened was these 5 people (actually 4 - Cora’s crime was and is being married to Marc) sabotaged Lloyd’s plan to enrich himself by usurping the copyright on COC, selling copies not only in English but in other languages as well.

Per usual, Lloyd would have done absolutely nothing whilst others would work voluntarily to translate into other languages. Putting JWSurvey on the back wasn’t Arthur’s idea. It was deliberately placed there so as to promote himself.

He’s been seething for years (since 2015) about this and is holding these people responsible for him losing out on all the money he planned to make on the COC scheme. It wasn’t a one-off where he only sought to print a few copies for his friends as he claimed. He noticed the clamour for copies as they were going for $100 or more and wanted to corner the market.

He would have earned at least in the tens of thousands and probably 100s of thousands if left unchecked. Probably more than Ray had even earned off of his work.

That’s not even counting the surge of donations as he ticked off all the phony costs he had incurred in publishing.

So they were not sent by mail as Lloyd was hinting at? You source those through your lawyer?

Not trying to intentionally play Devil’s advocate here, but there is also reason to believe that Lloyd Evans is deluded enough to think this has a chance at success.

Consider the source.

This is coming from a severely damaged and emotionally retarded middle aged man who not too long ago was hitting up Instagram models and inviting them for coffee when they passed through Zagreb. That wasn’t a parody account. He locked it soon after his simping comments were plastered all over here.

And who could forget that god-awful pic at Warwick where he cropped out Mark O’Donnell and used it to sneak into a London dating meetup and tried to poach paying clients?

If that pic hadn’t been in front of a lake and hills and instead been on an inner city street, it would have made for an excellent stock photo for people who googled “homeless man”.

And he thought women would be attracted by it.

This is a guy who bootlegged not just any book, but Ray Franz’s book and reasoned that it was legal because the copyright owner hadn’t returned his email.

This is a man who thought that admitting he had been seeing prostitutes for 3-4 years was an effective way to ward off suggestions he had been in Thailand doing just that.

His problem is he has lived in a bubble for so long, never having to face real consequences for his actions until recently. His behaviour has been enabled and covered up by his dad, his wife, exJWs and now his remaining financial backers.

He thinks he’s going to win. When he doesn’t, he’ll try somewhere else.

Novosel should have withdrawn as counsel instead of filing as these screenshots of evidence are embarrassing.

Cora is being sued for retweeting a link to Parker Brian’s livestream analysis video (which itself was a play-by-play rebuttal to everything LLOYD said). Parker isn’t even being sued for making the video but Cora is for retweeting it. Easy dismissal on that count.

On X Pr0ner posted a tweet he’s being sued for:

Pr0ner has quoted Lloyd’s FB confession that he posted shortly after the livestream. In true Lloyd fashion he cut off the actual text of what Pr0ner was responding to.

Had Lloyd actually included that for the judge to examine it would have demonstrated why Pr0ner said what he did. 3b was where Lloyd admitted to “seeing” several sex workers in Thailand, not just the one on his lap, and not just the one he “dated”. At least three, and he wants to sue people who believe that is ample evidence he visited sex workers in Thailand.

I think the judge should see this. Dismissal on jurisdictional grounds would actually be doing Lloyd a favour.

Wow Lloyd said that??

Whenever he goes off on a rant about exJWs not supporting him, he will without fail bring up that he was called a wife beater (a clear reference to that video). I was going to give you a link to his JW Watch articles but the site is down. If it ever comes up, they are in the “Tony Balchen archives”. Tony if you remember was also involved in that argument and made his own video defending Kim’s daughter.

In that article he even quoted Dijana’s response to looking “beat down” - “Well thanks a lot!”. So he clearly fed her this misinformation in order to gain her (and him) sympathy. This was also round the same time he left her and his infant daughter in a downstairs lobby with no lift with Marc Latham because he wanted to hurry up and grab a podium for himself at Steven Hassan’s conference.

One has to reckon the reason Lloyd didn’t allow for any nuance when telling his wife someone said she looked “beat down” is that Dijana would have probably agreed with that assessment.

Release the docs… what the hell for? Kim B made it clear that they’re not giving him any clues as to how they are fighting back. Think of this as a famous Phil Collins song and and we’re awaiting the drum solo.

I’ve been following this clown off and on since he poked his his ugly nose into this forum and one of the first beefs he had was with Mike and Kim and the video they made with their daughter and son-in-law. And he’s been saying this for years: “They are calling me a wife beater!” So it comes as ZERO surprise he’s brought up a decade old video pointing to the son-in-law saying his wife looks “beat down”.

Saying a woman looks “beat-down” is American slang for saying their man treats them… hmm how to say this… let’s quote from Lloyd’s book about what the Sisak elders thought:

“We know Lloyd treats you (Dijana) like a rag for cleaning the floor”

What is doesn’t necessarily mean is that Lloyd is physically beating her.

Looks like Kim’s son-in-law and the Sisak elders (who were eyewitnesses to how he treated her) were dead-on. Read the Lloyd emails to his wife if you have any doubts.

So Lloyd is suing Mike and Kim for a 10 year old video for something their son-in-law said and Cora for retweeting a video from someone not named in the lawsuit. Vintage Lloyd. He’s the retard we all know he is. As Kim B said - they all were laughing their asses off. Believe them. Sit back and watch the shitshow.

Why didn’t Lloyd sue the person who made the video? Let’s say Cora’s tweet was of the Jake (altworldly) video which Lloyd has continually complained about and even said it was effective with his friends in Zagreb.

You guys want secrets? Here’s one to chew on. The Magnificent Seven was originally going to be Eight.

Who got dropped? You guessed it - Jake.

You see, Jake and Lloyd used to have a lot of overlap with friends and one in particular warned him about making a Lloyd video. Jake even alluded to this in his video.

This mutual friend interceded with Lloyd to drop Jake from the litigation and Lloyd acquiesced - he was already complaining about the costs.

This is how it works in Lloyd’s jelly donut he has for a brain: since he wasn’t suing Jake, he sued Cora (whom he already despised) for retweeting it.

This case has been lost already and everyone not named Lloyd Evans knows it. Sit back and watch what happens to him.

in september he started at 457 patrons, did his whiny begging fest and peaked at 478, but then dropped down to 439 at the beginning of october.

as of this moment (nov. 6), he's at 427 paid members.. so, where do you think he'll be on december 2nd?

It’s too late. As recently as a couple weeks ago he was threatening people with criminal punishment and huge monetary penalties. I’m interested in finding out what amount he is seeking as he mentioned he wasn’t making that amount public. Generally when threat letters go ignored the penalty sought is increased. Since he sought €8000, expect to find his proposed amount to be in the tens of thousands.

I know and he knows that €15K for example would push many if not all of his targets into default and bankruptcy.

All his critics want is for him to quit treating this community as a private slush fund. He wants more. He wants hard working people to be financially destroyed.

It’s impossible to about face and say he’s sorry primarily because the apology would also have to be directed towards the people he is suing.

Jabba the Hutt will never forgive them and it’s a safe bet to believe him when he says he’s “in this for the long haul”. He’s already thrown a lot of his own money into this and will go even deeper once this case is thrown out. He strongly feels that these people stole his living from him and will pull them down with him if he can.

He’s in this for the long haul but so are many others. He needs to ask himself this poignant question:

What’s more likely to happen? 1) Winning his lawsuit or 2) His daughters finding out all about him because this is still news 5 years from now because he keeps stirring it up.

The answer to that ought to give him pause but it won’t.

Lloyd has tripled down on the clownery

Indeed he has. He has a habit of repeating things verbatim over and over again when he's really set on something. I've heard the "I'm in this for the long haul" and "what they started, I intend to finish" lines quite a few times.

Almost like he feels the need to constantly remind people that he's coming for them. Which would be fine if this were a slam dunk case of defamation and Lloyd had not only the disposable income but the will to spend tens of thousands to the hundreds of thousands on international lawsuits.

Which is what this will cost if he ventures outside the Croatian legal system. I doubt he has that kind of money and if he did, he'd be a fool to part with it on such legal quackery.

Lloyd constantly lobbing threats by means of Croatian lawsuits has the same effect as one of the characters on The Dukes of Hazzard threatening a foreigner with a lawsuit in the Hazzard County Court.
